Satellite Installer

Essential Duties:

Â§ CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR #1 PRIORITY!!!!

Â§ Superior quality installation of satellite products and services.

Â§ Plan installation by evaluating installation site, locating line of sight, running and pulling cable.

Â§ Instruct customer in proper use of the satellite system.

Â§ Upgrade and service existing customers.

Â§ Troubleshoot and repair system outages to restore service.

Â§ Complete assigned work orders and collect proper signatures for accurate billing.

Â§ Maintain safe work environment by following safe practices.

Â§ Communicate with dispatch department according to company procedures.

Â§ Accurately maintain van inventory.

Â§ Consistent installation work that adheres to company quality standards and NEC code.

Â§ You will install in inclement weather and extreme heat.

Â§ You must be comfortable climbing ladders, installing on roofs, and crawling under houses.

Requirements:

Â§ Minimum 1 year satellite installation experience.

Â§ Valid driverâ€™s license.

Â§ Drug screen and background check.

Â§ Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb a ladder.

Â§ High school diploma or G.E.D.

Â§ Must be willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends.

Â§ Reliable van or truck. (For contract positions)

Â§ Possess all necessary tools and ladder. (For contract positions)

Â§ You are responsible for maintaining your own auto insurance. (For contract positions)

Â§ Home theater experience a plus!

Â§ Bilingual Spanish a plus!
