Customer Service Supervisor Toms River, New Jersey
Comcast Cable Eastern Division
* Coordinates, controls and administers customer service activity to ensure quality service.
* Interfaces with Comcast customers.
* Provides guidance and/or help to Customer Account Executives in resolution of difficult subscriber questions and/or problems.
* Ensures optimum of customer service staffing levels through efficient scheduling and adjustment to meet peak service demands.
* Monitors employee performance and service to customers.
* Reviews, verifies and requests refund and/or adjustment requests.
* Ensures competence and continuity of qualified customer service personnel through optimum selection, training, and development, appraisal and motivational techniques.
* Sets up and maintains personnel files as required.
* Reviews work process and recommends improvements.
* Hold Team members accountable to meeting Customer service goals and objectives.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
* Bachelor degree or the equivalent in work experience and self-study
* Supervisory experience in customer service related industry preferred.
