Avaya is seeking responsible and expereinced customer service professionals for our rapidly growing service center in Oklahoma City. The successful Customer Service Supervisor will have the authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer, either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint. This person would be responsible for:Interfacing with customers prior to and/or after sale. Develops and maintains positive customer relations by ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Working on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.Provide mentoring by assigning work and resolving problems. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria.Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems

Bachelor's degree required.
