Talent Tree is currently recruiting for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES in Oklahoma City, OK for the world's largest wireless provider!! Does this sound like you? Creative thinker? We are currently looking for the best candidates for customer service representatives. You would be handling: Billing and Finance inquiries. Rate Plan inquiries and explanations. Technical Assistance. The call center environment is an exciting place to work. Here is what you'll experience when working at this call center. Highly structured, highly interactive environment. Fast paced and demanding - 7.5 hours on the phone (minimum). Attendance and timeliness are critical. Change is constant. The call center environment is always evolving and growing. Ability to solve complex problems is critical. Scheduling is based on anticipated call volume, that means that everyone scheduled is needed every minute. There are times when mandatory overtime will be required and is based upon the company needs. Feature sales and incentives. Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check. A full year at your most previous place of employment. At least one year of customer service or call center experience. 6 months experience operating a computer in Windows based environment. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail. Strong computer proficiency. The ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment. Willingness to correspond via email. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. They are closed on Sunday.
