Barry Electric & Communications is a leading distributor of ShoreTel, Allworx and Nortel communication systems and commercial electrical contractor, is currently seeking:

 Customer Service Representative

 

We have an opportunity in our Worcester office for a highly motivated, detailed individual to provide administrative support for the Service Manager and office staff. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and learn in a fast paced environment!

 

Responsibilities include answering phones, A/R collection calls, PC data entry, filing, and various special projects as needed.  The ability to work independently and multi-task without getting flustered is required.  Excellent communication skills and first-rate customer service are a must.  Prior customer service experience is must.
