Seeking Experienced Customer Service Rep with Sales Ability and High End Computer Skills

 

Nationwide Distributor of cell phone accessories located in Huntingdon Valley, PA is seeking customer service rep with selling skills and 2-3 years experience.The qualified applicants should possess the below skills and abilities:

 

- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

- Ability to make high volume of out bound calls to customers - no cold calling

- Excellent phone skills for high volume inbound and out bound customer calls

- Highly organized and able to resolvehigh volume of  problems quickly

- Extreme proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as other computer programs

- Thorough and detail oriented

- Ability to follow up on all projects follow up skills are very important

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -we want outgoing people who are upbeat, positive and full of energy. 

- Some college education  is required 

-Full Knowledge of using Microsoft Outlook email with address books, attaching files etc.  is required 

- Career Oriented
