Customer Service Repair Technician

The following are primary goals of the Customer Service Representative in the Repair department:

 

· Via telephone assist the outside Field Technicians in troubleshooting POTS service issues with Verizon.

· Contact customers directly via telephone with current repair status / troubleshooting, etc.

· Maintenance of services including dial tone products and network facilities.

· Follow basic quality control guidelines for repair troubles.

· Demonstrate excellent customer service when interacting with customers.

· Provide feedback for process improvement and trouble trends.

· Follow Broadview Guidelines for maintenance, troubleshooting and record keeping

· Please note that this is an inside customer service repair technician position and does not require travel to customer locations

 

Requirements:

 

· Applicant should have customer service orientation.  Telecom troubleshooting experience and an understanding of how dial tone services are delivered to a customer premise helpful, but willing to train.

· High School Diploma. Associates degree preferred. Telecom education is a plus.
