Customer Service Professionals

To facilitate international expansion, we are looking to expand immediately in three key departments.  ViSalus is seeking high caliber Customer Service Professionals, both specialists and liaisons, to join our Troy, MI headquarters.

 

We are looking for people who live and breathe customer service and are passionate about working with and training others.

 

Applicants must be high-energy, positive, personable, service-oriented individuals with excellent communication and leadership skills and a deep resume of call center or call center management experience.

Requirements: Two years in high volume call center working with sales and customer retention.

Daily Tasks:

* Identify and handle customer inquiries.
* Apply customer service policies.
* Perform business retention activities.
* Resolve customer problems.
* Educate customers and team on products and services offered.
* Match product benefits with customer needs.
* Enter coding and tracking information completely and accurately.

Qualifications:  High School Diploma or GED, college coursework preferred.  High level of computer literacy.
