Customer Service

CAI is looking for a Customer Service representative in the Allentown area.  The position is M-F, from 12-4.  Job description as follows:

As a customer service representative, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide information, respond to inquiries, and solve client issues. You will be expected to proactively learn all aspects of the customer service line and ensure that each customer interaction provides stellar quality service delivery. Some data entry will be involved in generating follow-up letters to customers.

This position is 12-4, M-F and pays $9- 9.50/hr.

We are looking for someone is focused on a part-time position only.
