Customer Care Rep I/II (DOE)

Provide customer support via phone to commercial customers. Partner with other Customer Service Representatives, the Marketing Department and technical support in resolving customer issues, establishing new accounts and providing ongoing support.  Provide users with basic technical support and online system training.  High school diploma or GED or the equivalent in training and experience.  Basic customer service experience (0-2 years) demonstrating the ability resolve moderately complex customer issues and to effectively interface with a customer while researching an issue (i.e. resolving a billing question or providing service information).  Computer skills including spreadsheets, presentation software, word processing and databases. Effective verbal and written communication skills. The hiring level for this position will be based on experience.
