Customer Account Executive II, Rohnert Park, CA

Customer Service
This position is located in Rohnert Park, CA. May perform any or all of
the following duties.) *Handle large volume of incoming customer
inquiries, covering full range of customer services in a prompt and
professional manner, obtaining all information for resolution of
transaction. *Answer customer questions regarding billing and/or
problems. *Correct errors and discrepancies on customer billings as
necessary. *Prepare work orders for maintenance requests after
determining if field visit is required and ensure appropriate follow-up
procedures are met. *Service as a sales representative to sell complete
packages of existing cable services. *Perform billing and posting of
customer accounts. *Input customer orders and data into CRT. *Perform
other related duties as assigned. Work in a face to face enviornment at
our cable stores to personally assist customers. Excellent communication
skills. Willing to travel to other systems as needed. You must be punctual, regular and consistent with attendance. Punctual,
regular, and consistent attendance.
Required Skills:
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug
screening.
•Frequent to continuous use of computers and phone system.
•Frequent to continuous sitting; some bending and reaching
*Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent and four to six years
customer service experience, or Associate's degree and 2-3 years
experience, or Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years customer service
experience or 1 year of fully satisfactory CAE I experience. Computer
knowledge necessary.
Bilingual a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Good written and oral communication, interpersonal and
problem solving skills.
