Customer Account Executive- Anderson, Indiana

Elicit specific information in a calm and courteous manner in order to identify opportunities to sell our services and/or products.
-Answer inbound customer calls.
-Provide information regarding features and benefits of our full-line of service and products.
-Correct errors and discrepancies on customer billings as necessary.
-Target customer interest with a variety of product and service offerings.
-Prepare work orders for maintenance requests after determining if field visits are required, and ensures appropriate follow-up procedures are met.
-Perform billing and posting of customer accounts.
-Resolve delinquent account balances.
-Obtain assistance from Senior for complex inquires.
-Represent Comcast in a professional and positive manner in all situations.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
-Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance


Required Skills:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
