Credit and Collections Analyst 3

Responsibilities include assessing the accuracy of Sales Orders against corresponding Customer PO’s, maintaining Customer Master database within Oracle by compiling data from Customer Contracts, Maintaining customer credit files, analyzing customer financial data and evaluating customer credit and collection risk, supporting collection staff and management with complex collection resolutions and department problem solving. Performing account reconciliation and maintenance for resolution of differences, maintaining and providing various reports, including customer status reports and customer cash forecast reports. Interfaces with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IS, Legal and Collection firms, Credit Reporting Services and Associations. Keeps abreast of industry trends. Summary of Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years directly related experience plus credit analysis and collection experience preferably in a domestic and international manufacturing environment. Must be able to quickly and effectively assess credit risk and collection problems. Ability to prepare comprehensive written analysis and recommendations as needed and resolve difficult collections and reconciliation issues, with minimal supervision.
