Cox Business National Accounts Tier I Billing Representative Smithfield Description:Responsible for customer care duties for Cox Business National Account customers. This position will support internal and external customers regarding Tier 1 order status inquires, general billing inquiries, and all other requests. Responsible for responding to emails from National Account customers on billing inquiries and some administrative project support as needed. Position will also include supporting Cox Business billing calls from other Cox sites. SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmQualifications:Experience: Must have at least 3 years billing experience and a strong customer care background. Must be able to resolve customer issues quickly, effectively and with 100% accuracy. Has a basic knowledge of the telecom industry. Must possess problem solving skills. Ability to multitask. Interpersonal skills and good telephone etiquette skills are critical. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel to and from other Cox locations for meetings and/or trainings as needed.Physical: Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to wear a headset for long periods of time as well.Equipment: Knowledge of industry data products, routers, hubs and personal computers.Other: PC platforms and software.
