Take advantage of this opportunity to make a difference!  Job Description Delivers top quality, coherent and concise learning and lesson plans that support the training strategy and improve management and business practices. Acts as a project manager for team initiatives. Analyzes work process and business challenges to determine performance gaps and makes recommendations regarding performance improvement solutions. Develops and manages HR Development project plans for performance improvement projects from assessment to evaluation. Partners with Subject Matter Experts to research and identify content. Design and develop performance-based assessments to determine effectiveness of learning and performance solutions. Provides user support as necessary. Other duties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position.RequirementsBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent; five years overall experience or combined education and experience. Additional Skills Excellent understanding and application of project management processes. Understanding of the principles of adult learning. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff. Competencies include, but are not limited to: Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
