Position Summary: Energetic, results oriented professional with demonstrated success, preferably in the telecomm environment. This position will maintain the recruiting program; partner with HR and other management teams to ensure budgeted headcounts requirements are being met.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Recruits, interviews, tests, and select team members to fill vacant positions.Post open positions to job boards.Attend job fairs and other recruiting functions as needed.Will advise and mentor managers in employment decisions.Develop relationships with local and national institutions, industry trade associations, colleges, and other sources.Coordinate orientation/training classes with appropriate department managers.Generate offer and rejection letters.

 

Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Staffing background to include that includes experience hiring for all industries3 + yrs experience hiring clerical, accounting, IT, administrative, customer care, retail and executive level positions.Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting activities related to positive employee relations and labor relations.Knowledge of Federal and State laws and practices pertaining to employment/labor, standard human resource practices and procedures.Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in MS Word and Excel.Must have a strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication and organizational skills.Available to meet obligations of the position at various company location sites throughout the Pocket footprint with minimal advanced notice.Available to travel when needed.Pass the Company driving qualificationsHigh level of confidence must be adhered to at all times.
