Contract Administrator/Paralegal
Assist Account Executives in preparing Bulk Service Agreements for Commercial and MDU properties, research and prepare Easement and/or Licensing agreements for the wiring of Commercial and MDU properties, and establish and maintain contracts databases. A paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies is required. Minimum of 2 years experience working with legal contracts and 1 year spreadsheet or database maintenance experience is required. Must be able to work well in changing and high pressure situations, and be able to operate with minimal to no direction and to manage multiple projects and assignments at any given time.
