Description: Provide support for the department in creating, submitting and tracking the documentation for the purposes of Vendor Qualification, Request for Proposals (RFP), contracts and Insurance Certificates for all vendors / projects for the Network Management business groups.Qualifications: Must have at least three (3) years work experience related to the administrative support function, with a focus on RFPs and contracts. Working knowledge of contracts with heavy concentration in Service & Construction is required. Ability to handle confidential, highly sensitive projects is a must. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must have knowledge of PC word processing software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access or equivalent programs and Windows application.Click here to submit your resume.
