Construction Manager

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS

 

 

 

Telecommunications consulting firm is searching for aggressive, goal-oriented, motivated construction professionals.  We are a progressive firm specializing in construction management for national telecom carriers.

 

This position would be responsible for managing all phases of the site construction of wireless telecommunications sites from initial walk through to completion.  Qualifies potential sites for wireless construction if requested during the site search phase.  Interacts with client, RF, site acquisition/zoning staff, subcontractors, vendors, legal counsel, and administration

 

Prepares budgets; develops and manages a construction schedule; creates scopes of work and RFQs; conducts competitive bidding; awards contracts; and supervises subcontractors.  Includes basic knowledge of commercial construction, including earthwork, foundations, electric, HVAC, tenant fit-out, power and telco design, ordering and implementation.  Creates and maintains tracking reports.  Ensures reports comply with employer/client requirements.

 

Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Wireless construction management required.
