Offering  broad and comprehensive  professional services that encompass the entire network lifecycle -- Consult & Design, Integrate & Deploy, as well as Operate & Maintain.  Currently, the Services Business Group has opportunities for  Telecommunication Services Installers to join our Installation & Field Maintenance Delivery department. O Hourly rate will be between $11-14 per hour, with salary increases every six months, per diem and overtime.O Eligibility for our benefits package including 401K, paid vacation, holidays and medical, insurance. O Training and opportunities for advancement.  Duties: Install switches, transmission equipment, power equipment, wireless equipment and network equipment in central offices, customer locations, wireless remote locations and outside locations. Mount/remove equipment, run and connect wires and perform basic tests. Work inside and outside. Must be able to climb ladders and work at various heights. Must have own transportation May require out- of- town travel. 1-2 years technical experience preferInstaller will be assiged to Base Location - Philadelphia, PA No relocation assistance availableMinimum Requirements:   Meet standards on written test involving memory, eye- to- hand coordination, judgment and comprehension. Alcatel-Lucent's Pre-Employment Test - Test Battery for Installers (TBIT) at the Q level. Passed Medical examination including substance screening and ability to distinguish colors. Be able to lift (50 lbs to a height of 7 feet), ladder climbing, and working from platforms at heights of 11- 12 feet or more. Meet pre- employment background investigation, including previous five (5) years driving and criminal conviction records. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license.
