"Duties:
The Commercial Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the sale of high-speed data services and video services to Small/Medium sized enterprise businesses (SME's). This position will focus on assisting Business Services with the launch of WDV - Workplace Digital Voice.The CAS will provide direct sales and administrative support to the Sales Manager and to the Business Services Reps selling a suite of data service including high speed connectivity, VPN, static IP's and Web hosting, and a suite of Video products including Basic Service, Digital Service, HDTV and music services including background music for retail locations and music-on-hold applications. Success in this position provides for natural sales advancement opportunities to include migration to Business Services Rep.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Support and track customers throughout the entire sales process from initial sales call thru installation, insuring established time intervals are met. Manage site survey and product installation workflows, through job-tracking software, to insure customer satisfaction and accurate reporting. Maintain accurate records and provide reporting support. Process sales agreements, including faxing and filing contracts. Responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly business targets and goals. Conveys order information politely and efficiently to all pertinent workgroups across the enterprise. Competes all applicable paperwork accurately, legibly and thoroughly in a timely manor on a daily basis. Demonstrate and maintain current knowledge of all products, services and promotional offers. Provides exceptional customer service assistance at all times. Projects a professional business manner and operates with a high degree of integrity. Performs other duties as requested. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance."
Required Skills:
"B.A. or B.S. Degree preferably in Business or Marketing and Sales or prior experience in a technical sales position
REQUIREMENTS: Min. 1-2 years prior experience in sales support, customer service or combination of both is preferred. 1-2 years experience in working with small business owners highly preferable. Experience with supporting CDV preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required, as this position is responsible for ensuring potential customers understand current promotions and products available to them. Ability to work within Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent detail orientation and follow through skills. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time. Occasional use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis (sales contracts and files). Punctual, regular and consistent attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed required."
