Position Title:  Client Technologies Support - Network/Desktop Support

Reporting to:  Network Manager
 
Job Summary:
 
Support the company's internal user's desktops, laptops, and handheld devices.

 
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

* This position will provide support for all of Peoplenet's client needs.
* Manage and be responsible for the trouble ticket system.
* Must provide service and communications on established intervals.
 

Required Skills:

* 4+ years experience with Windows XP.
* 2+ years experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
* 2+ years experience managing email clients with Outlook in particular
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications. (e.g. setting up and managing Outlook)
* Experience installing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
 

Desired Skills:

* Basic knowledge of VPN access.
* Basic knowledge of email protocols. (i.e. MAPI, IMAP, POP3 and SMTP)
