Job Summary Incumbent is responsible for general project management activities such as: management of obsolescence programs, monitoring and reduction of “at riskâ€� inventory, data collection and reporting of applicable statistics, and contributing to process engineering and analysis activities.


Essential Duties & Key  Responsibilities 
• Work to reduce “at risk inventoryâ€� (aging, obsolete products, damaged goods, etcetera) and increase inventory turns by developing obsolescence programs/routines;
• Contribute to inventory and demo maintenance activities by assisting with stock location reconciliation activities and audits;
• Participate in Capital Employment process engineering activities to determine potential areas for global and theater based process improvements;
• Contribute to improvement of supply chain activities through analysis of processes and expenditures related to transportation, third party logistics warehousing,  and manufacturing activities;
• Contribute to data collection efforts to support key metrics associated with Capital Employment processes;
• Conduct and manage general project work within the Capital Employment department.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 
 Some experience, but less than one year  X Five to seven years

 Four years of high school, vocational school or equivalent.
 Two years of college or technical school
 X Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
 Advanced degree (J.D., Master’s, etc.)
