Campus Sales Representative Company: AT&T
Requirements:
The Campus Sales Representative (CSR) supports local Account Managers by providing assistance with sales activities and sales marketing activities with select Named Accounts. Job Responsibilities: Assist sales team in meeting/exceeding quota targets and goals on a Monthly basis. Assists Account Managers with on-campus demand generation. Activates such as table days, flyer development and distribution, direct mail, on-campus events and activities. Drive activations toward multi channels of fulfillment, while prioritizing lowest cost channels. Drive the web contact, referral strategy, web specials, web link placement processes targeted to student populations. . Primary liaison to retail and in-direct channels also services student population. Proactively secure sales marketing funds from cross-AT&T organizations and co-operatively with Institutions. Proactively seek out opportunities for institutional. Selling and projects that provide value add solutions that provide "stickiness" of AT&T's relationship with the account and churn prevention to the Individual subscriber. Provide opportunity reports, forecasts, competitive status reports and other needed account information to Account Managers as requested. Assist Account Managers with the activation process, adding lines to existing accounts, assisting with proposals, being a back-up for the account Manager. Quickly and efficiently escalate to focused team/staff for post sales support. Follow up with Customer Care, Managers and subscribers on issues and resolution. This is a 75%+ customer facing sales driving position. The CSR must be proactive, positive and professional in all interactions with subscribers and potential subscribers. Other duties as assigned by sales leaders.
Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications College degree preferred or relevant work experience. Strong computer skills; including MS Windows, MS Office, MS Emails, other systems deployed in support of customer care. . Sales or customer service experience preferred. Experience in handling customer inquiries. Ability to handle difficult customers professionally. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. . Must be well organized, and multi-task oriented with strong attention to detail. Event and/or field marketing experience strongly desired. Strong planning and follow through skills. In-depth knowledge of wireless service, coverage maps, rate plans, and accessories.
Ability to present professional image of self and company. Flexible, Team oriented individual. Proactive, positive and professional. Effective decision making and problem solving capabilities. Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market.
