Campaign Marketing Specialist

Summary:This position reports to the Campaign Management General Manager and is responsible for the ongoing implementation of DISH Network promotions.  This individual will work with various departments to ensure successful launches and ongoing management of marketing promotions and new products to our call centers. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Management of new product, promotional training and communications for DISH Network and Agency agents, insuring that all teams meet project launch deliverables. Identifies issues and opportunities within frontline retention programs and develops strategies to have immediate impacts to reduce customer churn. Working with our call centers to drive new promotions and ensure continued success. Management of internal web sites, insuring that all materials are updated within timeline of new product/promotional launches. Establishing working project plan for development of communication and training associated with new promotions/products. Assist manager in duties as assigned.   Education and Experience: BS/BA from 4-year college or university.  Marketing degree preferred or related experience 1-3 years marketing related experience Project management experience Call center experience a plus Experience in managing multiple teams to achieve results Skills and Qualifications: Qualified candidate must be able to work effectively with cross functional teams to perform planning and execution of initiatives. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent project management skills; ability to multi-task; proven success in leading cross-functional teams. Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment; ability to work well under pressure; ability to execute aggressive deadlines under changing business dynamics.  Creativity: Proven out of the box thinking married with sound business judgment. Consumer Insight: Ability to become "voice of the consumer" to influence strategy / program development Strong written and verbal presentation skills. Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Self-starter, independently initiating and driving projects toward completion. Leadership skills to manage and strengthen a marketing organization. Solid planning skills and tools. Detail and deadline oriented.
