MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
-Ensures competence and continuity of qualified customer service representatives through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques. *Monitor employee performance and service to customers.
-Ensures high level of customer service staffing levels through efficient scheduling and adjustment to meet peak service demands.
-Provides guidance and/or help to customer service representatives in resolution of difficult subscriber questions and/or problems.
-Review, verify and request refund and/or adjustment requests.
-Ensures achievement of all system, team and individual Customer Service goals and standards. -
Communicates sales and marketing programs to staff.
-Responsible for administrative aspects including reporting, time sheets, schedule adherence, etc. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in related field and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:
--Our Supervisor candidate should be familiar with both Microsoft and Apple/Mac Operating Systems.
--At least one year of supervisory experience
--Excellent knowledge with the Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express.
--Comfortable with basic network technology specific to TCP/IP Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and instructions, and procedure manuals.
--Ability to write routine and correspondence.
--Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of organization.
--Ability to calculate figures and amounts as discounts, interest, commissions.
--Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
