Afni, Inc. is a provider of contact center solutions and receivables management to some of the Nation’s leading companies.  This position is responsible for all operational and financial activities for our Bowling Green, KY, facility.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive call center operations-management experience while possessing exemplary leadership qualities with the strategic vision to effectively manage our rapid growth. Prior sales, budgetary and P & L experience are also essential to this position.  Candidate must also demonstrate a strong coaching and performance management background.  This position requires a "hands on" approach to working with agents, coaches, and managers to achieve operational success.  Previous experience in an outsourced call center environment preferred but not required.
