Comcasts Fife Call Center has immediate entry level customer service positions available in the Billing Department. A Customer Account Representative is responsible to handle inbound calls covering a full range of customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, obtaining all necessary information and cross-selling Comcast services. Customer Account Representatives independently recognize and diffuse escalated customer situations in a patient and courteous manner and listen, build rapport and display empathy when assisting customers in a rapidly changing, fast-paced work environment. Other responsibilities include resolving delinquent account balances, posting payments, and coordinating account credits with the supervisor.

Perform all other related duties as assigned, punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required.

Starting pay for a Billing agent is $10.58 per hour.


Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- The ability to thrive in a busy face paced self directed environment
- Candidates must have good computer skills
- Be able to type 25 WPM
- Must have a stable work history and a strong work ethic.

You must be able to work a flexible shift anytime between 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; work schedule will include weekends and possible holidays. You must be able to provide a High School Diploma or GED and pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.

Bilingual Spanish/English candidates & Candidates with previous call center experience are encouraged to apply. All Candidates must apply online to be considered an applicant.
