Â We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work in a fast paced department for our Cary, NC location.Â This position requires strong PC/software aptitude and customer services skills.Â Duties include opening and closing work orders, dispatching, managing field technicians, managing subcontractors, taking customer calls and general administrative duties such as filing and creating reports.Â A minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.Â Potential candidates should possess a strong commitment to excellence and success.
