CUSTOMER SERVICE - EVENING SHIFT
CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS
Wentzville, MO
$15.38 per hour
Must be available to work between Monday – Friday 2:30 – 11:00 p.m.
Multiple long-term assignments with a progressive company in a business casual and fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Inbound calls for call center – answering customer questions regarding new and existing service.Make outbound calls as needed following up with customer questions.Data entry: inputting orders into database.
REQUIREMENTS:3+ years data entry experience.Excellent telephone and people skills.Verifiable data entry skills with an aptitude for learning new software.Must be reliable and dependable. Attendance is extremely important.Must be immediately available.Professional team player with a can-do attitude.
SCHEDULE:Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.Up to two Saturdays per month. For Saturdays worked, you are given a day off during the week.
