The position is responsible for receiving and responding to basic and routine customer service inquiries and problems from current customers. The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented with excellent communication and customer relation skills. You must be able to handle daily stress levels, complexity of call situations, volumes and diversity of customers. Requirements: Evaluations will be administered throughout the training. Minimum test scores must be obtained and attendance is critical.Previous call center experience is preferred. Applicants who have demonstrated outstanding customer service from a retail or restaurant setting will be considered. Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekend availability. Must be computer literate. Superior problem solving skills to analyze and resolve issues/challenges a customer may have using the product. Pro-active "can-do" attitude a must. Ability to meet pre-employment requirements as follows: 7-year criminal background check, drug screen, worked at least 6 months in the previous year, and a high school diploma or GED. Knowledge of MS office products and professional communication skills are required for this position.
