CRM Manager

We are currently seeking a CRM Manager within our Marketing department. The responsibilities of this role include:The CRM Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and analysis of data relative to existing subscribers purchase patterns, contact history, and preferences to identify and create marketing opportunities that enhance customer lifetime value while maximizing cost effectiveness of budgeted programs. In this role, the CRM Manager provides functional expertise and leadership that will enable Retention Marketing to execute its programs as well as meet annual goals and objectives. Planning both short and long term strategic objectives for CRM programs, continually building and refining knowledge base for existing subscriber base, including analyzing customer needs and identifying market opportunities. Oversee the development of analytical support of customer segmentation and retention marketing strategies utilizing various analytical tools including data types and sources, scores, modeling techniques, and reporting templates Monitor campaigns for customer retention and recommend opportunities for segmentation and churn to increase customer value/ROI Manage CRM analytical projects in terms of setting milestones, managing expectations and meeting aggressive goals Lead the development of customer-centric models focusing on marketing response, churn probability, and customer lifetime value Present measurements, including ROI analysis, breakeven analysis, response rates, budgeting, sales forecast and revenue tracking Work with internal groups and vendors to understand business challenges and develop innovative analytic solutions Oversee the production and communication opportunities and results of all CRM programs Provide regular status and updates on all retention marketing programs/campaigns to the Retention Marketing team, and present business cases, program strategy and results to executive leadership team on a regular basisMinimum qualifications to be considered are: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years financial, marketing or statistical analysis experience is required. Strong grasp of direct response/database marketing, customer relationship and loyalty management, customer data management, customer lifetime value, consumer behavior and motivationAdditional Details: Ability to work well under pressure and execute on aggressive deadlines. Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills are required. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to multi-task. Detail oriented with proven accuracy. Flexible in a changing work environment. Driven to succeed in a fast paced atmosphere.
