CARRIER BUSINESS MANAGER

Position Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to sold revenue, billed revenue and customer service. Develop and manage both existing and potential customer’s relations.

Assist the manager to explore new business opportunity for wholesale telecommunication business, especially on IDD wholesale service

Develop effective marketing plans using knowledge and experiences of the telecommunications industry to implement high performing objectives and strategies. 

Responsible for developing and managing both existing and potential customer relations and conducting periodic reports on service analysis.

 

Attending business requirement scope meetings, reviewing requirements, and developing project management and resource estimates

 

Interrogate a business to identify key pricing factors and to then translate these into trends and their likely effects

 

Must work well in a team environment, and have a real commitment to providing top-notch customer service. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

 

Requirements:

 

B.A. or B.S. Degree;

4 years/above experience in marketing/telecom related fields, especially in wholesale telecomm business;

Outstanding computer skills in Microsoft office series.

A qualified candidate will have: General knowledge of business fundamentals and orientation toward project coordination. The ability to effectively organize complex information in easily understood terms. Exposure to or experience with business analysis and project management fundamentals. The ability to multi-task and prioritize projects as well as work as part of a larger cross-functional team. A high degree of professionalism and problem-solving ability.
