CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR

 

TMS Professional--a division of TMS Health--is significantly expanding its
Call Center operations in Johnstown, PA.  Currently, we are seeking a new

 Supervisor
to work on an exciting new opportunity with a Fortune 500 client.
If you have been supervising direct sales or in lead phone representative
role in business-to-business selling, you should talk with us.

 

Your job will be to work with the Operations Manager, Sales Trainer, and others

on the TMS Professional team to ensure that the Telephone Service Representatives

are properly trained, coached, motivated, and mentored to succeed in selling

business-to-business products and services to existing or previous business

customers of a nationally-recognized leader in the business supplies and services arena. 

 

As TMS Professional continues to expand, there are great opportunities for

individuals who are capable and interested in gaining new skills and responsibilities

along with the commensurate rewards. 


Qualifications/Skills Required:Successful performance as an Assistant Supervisor or Lead for a minimum of 6 months, or equivalent, relevant experience. 2-4 years of direct business-to-business selling experience and/or 18 months or more of direct selling experience over the phone in a business-to-business environment. Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening skills. Ability to lead others and make good decisions Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Capable of learning reporting systems and other new tools Proactive, highly motivated, and a good motivator. Team oriented with good interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Analytical with exceptional time management skillsA bachelors degree preferred
