Comcast Cable Eastern Division

* Save/retain basic, digital, high speed and telephony customers
* Act as marketing customer liaison in the retention/safekeeping of our current customers
* Resolve customer complaints/concerns through active listening, empathy and professionalism
* Educate customers on value/benefits of our products/services in a courteous and sincere manner
* Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics including monthly retention goals for all product lines
* Communicate competitive offers to customers
* Demonstrate proficiency in technical troubleshooting of all product lines
* Participate in daily huddles for Retention Initiatives
* Verify saved customers through the Retention Validation Program
* Responsible for maintaining acceptable save rate percentage
* Adhere to set guidelines within the Retention Group
* Perfrom other duties as assigned
* Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance"

Required Skills:
* High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent.
* 2 Years college preferred.
* A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a Call Center sales environment preferred.
* A minimum of 1-2 years of retention experience preferred, or demonstrated success/results in a retention situation
* Proficiency in MS Word and Excel along with basic billing knowledge of DST/COMTRAC desired -Ideal candidates must be highly motivated and enjoy working in a challenging sales environment
* Knowledge of retention policies
* Must be able to handle difficult customers in a professional manner and build customer loyalty
* Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with all product lines
* Excellent verbal communication skill with the ability to communicate on all levels
* Ability to work seated for long periods of time.
* Use and manipulate objects such as pen, keyboard, papers and telephone.
* Ability to work overtime, as needed.
