Perform all elements of excellent customer and technical service for Comcast customers via telephone. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting PC/E-mail/modem/home networking problems with customers. Perform notifications and escalations with technicians, supervisors, technical managers, dispatch, and call center personnel. Prepare work orders for maintenance requests after determining if field visits are required. Confirm and validate the success of troubleshooting and repair activity. Candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with sales and billing concerns. Obtain sales goals that are administered. Adhere to Comcast business rules in order to meet and exceed out internal and external customer expectations, maintain level of professionalism, adhere to attendance policy and metrics. Support overall goals of the organization; work as a team player. Exhibit a strong sense of personal responsibility and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment is required. Attend training as required. Represent Comcast in a proficient and positive manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is mandatory. Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to work overtime as needed. Previous call center or Helpdesk experience strongly preferred. Experience with personal computers or troubleshooting operating systems; Familiarity with MAC, Windows, proficiency with WWW and internet, e mail and basic troubleshooting required. Familiarity with Internet Browsers required.
