Eastern Division (North / Central New Jersey)

* Answers customer questions regarding billing, service problems, products and features
* Corrects errors and discrepancies on customer billings as necessary
* Targets customer interests with a variety of product and service offerings
* Prepares work orders for maintenance requests after determining if field visits are required and ensures appropriate follow-up procedures are met
* Performs billing and posting of customer accounts
* Resolves delinquent account balances
* Obtains assistance from Coordinator or Supervisor for complex inquiries
* Represents Comcast in professional and positive manner in all situations
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
* High School diploma or the equivalent in work experience and self-study
* Previous customer service/sales experience
* Personal computer knowledge necessary
* Punctual, regular and consistent attendance. Ability to work overtime as needed.
