Primary Functions: Responsible for validating orders to determine completeness and accuracy, pro-actively track orders as it goes through service activation processes, resolve day of install issues, ensure proper billing communication
Consult with customers on billing issues as it relates to service interruptions. Properly escalate issues for complex billing inquiries and issues; follow up with customer to ensure resolution
Troubleshoot technical difficulties for all business service product lines that today include video, high speed Internet and digital voice. A detailed description of BSC knowledge requirements on trouble shooting is listed below under Requirements

Required Skills:
2-3 years experience working with business level clients/end users of video, network (Internet) or phone services
Proven experience to be attentive to customer needs and follow appropriate procedures as measured during interview
Experience in at least one ticketing/tracking system that ensures proper fix/resolution of customer issues
2-3 years of troubleshooting technical equipment that include networks, phone switch operations and/or advanced set top boxes as measured by skills assessment
1-2 years experience in general order taking processes to ensure through work order accuracy
Proven ability to multitask, follow up routinely with customers as evidenced by reference checks
2-3 years of experience in ability to speak at appropriate technical level to customers about service related issues
Proper phone etiquette as demonstrated by use of proper language skills, no use of jargon or slang. Must speak clear, well articulated communication at all times with no exceptions
