Business Sales Support & Analysis Specialist (Minnetonka, MN)
Job Responsibilities: The purpose of this position is to assist the Business Development Team to increase revenue, research and secure cable entry into business locations. Support and assist with all operations associated with the Business Services Development Team, including but not limited to: Industrial Park Builds, Commercial Area Joint Trench Coordination and the Commercial Serviceability Sweep.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Research Broadband business opportunities in the Commercial Arena.
2. Establish relationships with Building Owners and Property Managers for future business transactions.
3. Ensure Right of Entry agreements are completed for pre-builds.
4. Assist in the Industrial Park Builds, Commercial Joint Trench coordination project, Commercial Serviceability Sweep.
5. Track all project processes and update databases accordingly.
6. Support communication with other departments, property owners, property managers and attorneys.
7. Assist with departmental monthly reports.
8. Organize department files and building agreements.
9. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Fluency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
5. Self-motivated and team oriented.
6. Ability to make numerous direct business contacts on an ongoing basis.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Previous experience with professional sales organization in an administrative or support role.
2. Experience with reading cable plant construction and design maps.
