Here’s your shot.• Consistently meet/exceed voice/data/accessory quotas. • Utilize solution selling techniques to maximize the business relationship and opportunity within companies with 50 employees or less. • Develops partnerships with AT&T's Global Account Executives to maximize sales to individual employees of large corporate accounts. • Responsible for new business, account penetration, and retention within an assigned area. • Effectively plan and manage assigned accounts to maximize potential and to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.• Proactively seeks opportunities to sell complex data solutions to existing and new customers across multiple locations.• Identify data needs through thorough understanding of customer business operations and effectively develop comprehensive data/voice solutions to meet customer needs.• Prepare and present professional business proposals and presentations to business decision makers. • Maintain frequent and personal contact with existing business customers to build strong relationships.• Responsible for continuous self-education in order to maintain a broad knowledge of wireless solutions, rate plans, complex products and services, and selling skills.• Maintain a professional image and work environment.• Ensure positive and professional interaction with internal and external customers on issues.• Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.• Submit daily/weekly account call reports including sales forecast to Area Small Business Manager. • Attend all required sales meetings and training sessions.• Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications • Business Degree and or equivalent work experience• 2-4 years successful sales experience preferably in the wireless, data and/or telecommunications industry with a proven record of accomplishment in meeting quota and solution selling/account management. • Experience selling in a cold calling environment & B2B Sales• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Decision making and problem solving capabilities • Strong negotiation skills, confident and aggressively seeks new business.• Experience in handling customer inquiries and ability to handle difficult customers professionally.• Flexible team-oriented individual.• Proven ability to sell complex solutions.• Ability to use Microsoft suite as well as other computer software packages as required • Ability to work successfully in a virtual environment.• Personal commitment to provide quality products and service.• Ability to present professional image of self and Company.• Ability to travel • Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market.AT&T, is an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer, and we're committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.Business Development, Business to Business Location: Superior, WI 54880
