Position Summary: Responsible for generating revenue by closing sales. Is tied to a specific field sales rep or field sales team. Sells to and services accounts via phone. Responsibility is usually limited to smaller new accounts. May be assigned to respond to email inquiries and orders. Operates under general supervision.

MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
Convert inbound calls into commercial online and phone sales.
Negotiate contracts with small and mid-sized businesses in designated territory.
Identify new business opportunities, such as properties not currently doing business with Comcast
Insure compliance with all accounting and operational systems
Perform account management duties
Prioritize daily work requirements to ensure maximum coverage for commercial customer call volume during high demand time periods.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and work experience.

Experience:
A minimum of (5) years sales experience; preferable in a commercial sales environment, utilizing effective sales and closing techniques.
Ideal candidate has prior experience in online, phone, and/or technical related industries.
Strong PC skills including MS Word, Outlook, Access, and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to support multiple priorities and sales people.
Cable and/or communications background a plus.
6 months successful track record of sales (telesales preferred); professional demeanor, positive can-do attitude, enthusiastic, energetic and motivated.
