Job Responsibilities: This role manages marketing efforts related to system operations while executing on region and system strategy and tactics for all product lines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
(May perform any or all of the following duties.)
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet or exceed system budgeted revenue as well as basic and unit net gains
- Development of acquisition campaigns, both broad based and targeted, to help achieve budgeted objectives. Responsible for development and execution of creative and fiscally responsible offer strategies
- Development of retention programs, both broad based and targeted, to help achieve budgeted objectives.
- Work with cable systems region wide in implementation of on-going - best practices - as related to acquisition and retention marketing efforts.
- Hire, develop and maintain an effective Marketing and Sales work team, to include Direct Sales, Retail Sales and Marketing support.
- Work with cable networks and outside contractors, and direct sales to achieve budgeted objectives and goals.
- On-going analysis of system level performance as related to basic business, including connects, disconnects, ARPU and cash flow.
- Manage a Marketing and Sales expense budget.
- Prepare an accurate and comprehensive budget and update the revenue, unit and expense forecasts monthly
- Evaluate competitors and develop and execute a strategy that positions Comcast as the company of choice
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.


Required Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5 plus years of marketing management experience at cable systems of various sizes.
- Ability to hit aggressive growth objectives in areas including basic, digital, online and telephone growth in terms of units and cash flow.
- Understanding of overall cable system operations and how each function contributes to the overall success of the system.
- Strong communication and people skills. Ability to focus and motivate people based on the needs of the business.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors Degree (Master's Preferred) in Marketing or the recognized equivalent in work experience or a combination of work experience and education.
