Assoc Sales Support Prof

"*Track day-to-day activity of direct sales vendors *Manage customer premise equipment allocations based on sales forecasts and monthly run rates *Partner with vendor on sales strategy based on hub and node and generate weekly street sheets accordingly *Provide senior staff monthly sales analysis and strategic plan based on analysis *Manage invoicing and month end accruals *Serve as liaison between the vendor and the warehouse *Track competitive activity from the field and develop appropriate response to local market conditions *Identify and propose plans for new business opportunities *Manage escalations related to direct sales contractors *Partner with tech ops and dispatch on work order check in and held work orders *Conduct weekly meetings with internal auditors to coordinate areas audited and follow-up sales *Provide field intelligence and sales analysis down to the node level *Assess sales results based on churn, bad debt, cost per sale and installs on an on-going basis *Provide assistance to management in developing monthly sales forecasts and expense forecasts *Responsible for product and sales training sessions *Work with programmers to establish special programmer incentive programs *Responsible for in-field auditing and ride-outs * Assist in Launching and implementing new vendors (contract negotiations, sales id generation, process presentation etc.) *Coordinate promotional events with marketing utilizing direct sales and street team marketers."

Required Skills:
"*Bachelor's Degree or the recognized equivalent in work experience or self-study *Extensive Excel or database applications experience and creation of advanced spreadsheets *Proven project management skills .A self-directed, highly detailed-oriented individual who is customer focused and acts with a sense of urgency and proactively addresses issues, obstacles and shortfalls that may impact performance. .Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
