Requirements:

This position is replacing an incumbent who elected not to relocate as a part of the Corp HQ relocation to Dallas. If the position is filled by a San Antonio based manager, the enhanced Corporate HQ relocation plan will apply. If this position is filled by a manager outside of Dallas who otherwise would be subject to relocation to take the position, then the normal relocation plan(s) apply.

This position provides professional administrative support to Vice President-Executive Compensation. Also provides support to the Executive Compensation Design team by assisting in the preparation of Board Binders for all Human Resources Committee meetings. This position will fill in, as necessary, for the Executive Assistant to the SEVP-Human Resources. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering calls for the VP, Executive Director and three Directors, scheduling meeting and conference calls for all of the Executive compensation team, arranging travel, paying invoices and file maintenance. Responsible for managing vacation balances in e-Link for the entire organization.

Required Skills: Administrative and organizational skills, time management, ability to handle information confidentially, phone skills, ability to work well with others.
