p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities The Analyst-Inventory/Distribution position will run day-to-day operations of the Greater Chicago market and warehouse, including physically receiving, systematically receiving and transferring, storing, shipping to next destination and auditing. The position is the primary contact inside the region, and helping to manage switch and cell site audits, performing reconciliations for spares locations and reporting on accuracy. Ensures accuracy of reports by monitoring processes, grading audits and detailed review of inventory reports. The Analyst is also one of the primary contacts outside the region to Area and Corporate offices, providing reports and answers to inquiries as requested. The position is also responsible for repair and returns, process improvements for increasing accuracy levels and other inventory related items. p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Qualifications Excellent people skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to meet deadlines and daily goals Must be well organized and able to work under time pressure Must be able to work independently, multi-task and manage multiple priorities Professional and positive, accommodating attitude a must Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access Previous inventory control experience is preferred Knowledge of Cellular Equipment. Understanding of fixed assets, retirements, depreciation and general accounting Knowledge of PeopleSoft software General knowledge of the wireless industry Understanding of general accounting principles, fixed assets and retirements. Minimum 2 years' related cellular industry experience. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
