p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities This position contributes to the delivery and maintenance of new and current Human Resource programs. The analyst may screen resumes and applications, interview applicants, and maintain records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements. The incumbent counsels employees concerning basic employee relation's issues. The position may facilitate new hire orientation, conduct termination interviews, and provide feedback to management when necessary. The Analyst conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects. Supports multi-region geography with effective communication and distribution of information.Staffing - Performs all aspects of the staffing process: posting, sourcing, screening and interviewing, offer letters, new hire packets and background checks and drug screens. Ensures salary calculations conform to company guidelines. Arranges attendance at job fairs, college recruiting and open houses as well as interfaces with all recruiting and advertising vendors to determine best cost recruiting initiatives. Ownership of College recruiting initiatives for upwards of 15 Universities including development of strategic relationships, identifying key opportunities for on-campus involvement and scheduling of specialized recruiting events. May analyze exit interview information, generate reports, and identify opportunities for follow-up and employee retention.Employee Relations and HR Support - Supports effective Human Resource strategies that result in positive employee relations. Partners with HR Consultants to effectively addresses Employee Relations issues. Acts as point of contact for employees and managers regarding administration of policies and procedures. Facilitates delivery of HR training programs. Assists in the administration of company programs including: Performance Appraisals, Code of Conduct and other programs or online trainings. Creation of HR presentations pertaining to key drivers of employee satisfaction.Analysis and Reporting - Performs analysis of the staffing process and other Human Resources functions. Generates comprehensive reports and provides recommendations for changes in HR techniques or practices based upon the data. Ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Supervisor p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.2+ years Human Resources experience with at least 1 year of sourcing/recruiting experience required.Strong computer skills and ability to utilize HRIS system; PeopleSoft experience preferred; proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPointThorough understanding of social networkingStrong analytical and problem solving skills needed to generate reports and make recommendations for courses of action based upon dataKnowledge of federal and state employment lawsSuperior verbal, written and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environment with prioritization and high level or organization Facilitation/training skills preferred We are an equal opportunity employer m/f/d/v.
