Summary This position is responsible for direct/indirect marketing project management, lead generation & distribution processes, marketing operations, database management, and other duties as assigned. The individual in this role will be expected to provide the Americasmarketing team with strategy, pro-activeness, execution, and guidance on all relevant marketing initiatives.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

·  Create, coordinate, execute direct & indirect demand generation campaigns;

·  Track effectiveness of all demand generation campaigns to advise future investment of resources;

·  Collaborate with and lend guidance in the following areas: product marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, and online marketing (i.e. webcasts);

·  Track, report, and communicate new and existing customer information throughout the entire sales cycle;

·  Track return on investment (ROI);

·  Create and maintain best practices for ROI quality assurance;

·  Liaise between sales operations, channel-partner operations, and corporate marketing (online) operations, and Europe & Middle East (EMEA) theater, and Asian Pacific (APAC) theater;

·  Design, develop, and maintain data, metrics, and tools for customer acquisition and expand existing customer base;

·  Responsible for competitive intelligence;

·  Manage a virtual/vendor team;

·  Create & expand current marketing tools and processes to help streamline the day-to-day operations;

·  Develop and strategize with other team members branding and/or awareness best practices;

·  Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience  

 

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Skills  

 

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.  Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.  Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.  Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

 

Reasoning Ability  

 

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

 

Computer Skills  

 

To perform this job successfully, it is preferable if the individual has knowledge Internet software and Word Processing software. Must have strong Microsoft Excel and Database Analytic skills.

 

Other Skills and Abilities  

 

Working knowledge of CRM and Email software (Salesfoce.com & Eloqua a plus)
