The Administrative Technical Systems Support I is responsible for all end user computing support in their local market. This will include all desktop, server and network support. The TSSA is the single point of contact for market level for all IT support issues. They must ensure that all work is tracked in the company ticketing system. They will also be responsible for completing additional project work as assigned. Management, in most cases is remote so this individual must be able to work in a semi-autonomous environmentJob Functions:

Market level user support – Advanced PC hardware & software support. Retail locations including Point of Sale hardware and applications.Support of printers and fax.Inventory control of all IT assets within the market. Administration of all market security systems. Maintain market documentation. Provide end user training on an as needed basis. All work to be tracked within the company ticketing system. Enterprise Project Team Membership. Manage and participate in enterprise level projects (implementation of selected new and updated technologies) work as assigned by IT Leadership. LAN/WAN/Telecom – Provide Tier 1 support for VoIP phone systems. Complete LAN cross-connects and PC based connectivity. Assist the Network Engineering team with on-site support needs.Market/Store/Office Build-out – Assist Cricket launch team with both local and remote market build-out and launch activities on an as-needed basis. Assist other IT Departments or markets with expansion or change initiatives Travel as needed.Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree in computer science or related discipline or the combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position. Broad Based, IT experience. Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience maintaining a local area network (data and voice) in a corporate office environment.
