Administrative Assistant needed!

Alliance Telecommunications is an established telecommunications contracting company that is searching for a full time administrative assistant for their office in Parsippany, NJ. This person must have at least three to five years experience in an administrative position, be highly motivated and detail oriented. 

 

At start of job responsibilities will include the following –

 Answer all incoming calls and take messages when needed for office staffPerform filing for all departments Sort through mail and deliver to appropriate peopleMaintain office attendance bookAssist office staff with requests Order all supplies for office

 This position will grow to include payroll responsibilities, contact with insurance company to request paperwork needed, handling employee matters, handling travel arrangements for office staff, reconciling President’s credit card statements, and other Human Resource related tasks.
