Administrative Assistant/Data Entry

Telapprise is looking for an individual who is interested in learning the telecom industry through hands-on experience. This position will provide you the opportunity to learn about the complex Telecommunications Industry. The position involves assisting Telecom Analysts in the day to day management of telecom invoices and providing administrative assistance with audit and analysis projects.


The primary role is assisting in the collection, inputting, and processing of client’s telecom billing information and contracts.

Daily Tasks include:
• Auditing and inputting billing information into a telecom management system
• Organizing and distributing billing and contracts in preparation for analysis
• Scanning Information into a document locator system
• Distributing and Processing Mail
• Contacting Vendors to obtain contracts and invoices
• Researching information as designated by Telecom Analysts
• Filing
• Perform all other duties as assigned
